Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) has the physical and mechanical
properties of vulcanized rubber and the technical processing
properties of thermoplastic plastics. The product manufacturing can
be finished by the general plastic processing equipment without the
hot vulcanization. This characteristic shortens the production
process of rubber industry by one fourth, reduces the energy
consumption by 25% ~ 40%, and increases the efficiency by 10 times
~ 20 times. It may be rated as another technological revolution of
materials and processes in the rubber industry.
This series of products are applied to the products for infusion
(blood transfusion). They have high quality appearance and low odor
or almost non-odor, can conduct the oxirane or Gamma sterilization,
are safe and non-toxic, and conform to GB15593-1995 and ISO10993
Class VI. The hardness and color can be customized in accordance
with the customer requirements.
With the enhancement of safety and environmental awareness, people
increasingly improve the halogen-free and flame retardant
requirements of the wires for the civil building industry. We
provide various halogen-free cable materials with high flame
retardance, low smoke, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance,
and high heat resistance to meet the demands in the building
industry. In the case of burning, the insulation layer of the civil
building wiring cable is required not to release the halogenous gas
with low smoke concentration. Also the resistance during the
process of usage is ensured from decreasing, and the life is more
than 25 years, with the reference standard of JB/T10491-2004.
